The following members of the Approval Committee were present during the meeting:-

(i). Shri S. S. Shukla, Joint Development Commissioner, NSEZ (physically present in NSEZ).
(i) | Shri Praveen Kumar, DGM, UPLC., Govt. of Uttar Pradesh (present through video conferencing).
(ii). Shri Himanshu Pandey, Asstt. DGFT, Kanpur Pradesh (present through video conferencing).
(ii) | Shri Kishor Kumar Chauhan, Supdt., Customs, Lucknow (present through video conferencing).
(iii) Shri D.K. Sharma, General Manager-Commercial, HCL IT City Lucknow Pvt. Ltd.Representative of SEZ Developer, Special invitee (present through video conferencing).

Besides, i) Shri Rajesh Kumar, DDC & ii) Shri Prakash Chand Upadhyay, ADC were present in NSEZ Office and participated in the meeting through video conferencing to assist the Approval Committee.

At the outset, the Chairman welcomed the participants. After brief introduction, the Chairman enquired about the performance of SEZ. Shri D.K. Sharma, Associate Director of M/s. HCL IT City Lucknow Pvt. Ltd. (SEZ Developer) joined the meeting through video conferencing and informed that they have 24.69 hectare area of SEZ out of which approx. 8.68 lakhs Sqft. has been constructed/ developing under Phase-1 which comprises of IT Block-01, IT Block 02, IT Block 03, Café, Utility Blocks & Customs office etc. Further, he informed that from the HCL Technologies LtdSEZ Units have exported services of approx. Rs.359 Crores during FY 2019-20 from this SEZ. The present manpower is approx. 4000 and most of them are presently Working From Home (WFH). Approximately 80 — 200 employees are working form SEZ campus.

Thereafter, each items included in the agenda were taken up for deliberation one by one. After detailed deliberations amongst the members of the Approval Committee as well as interaction with the applicants / representatives of the developers / units, the following decisions were taken:-

2.1. It was brought to the notice of the Approval Committee that M/s. HCL IT City Lucknow Pvt. Ltd., Developer had submitted three proposals for approval of list of materials to carry on following authorized operations in its IT/TES SEZ at Village Kanjehara & Mastemau, Chack Gajaria Farms, Sultanpur Road, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh):-

2.2. Shri D.K. Sharma, Associate Director of M/s. HCL IT City Lucknow Pvt. Ltd. joined the meeting through video conferencing and explained the requirement of proposed materials. He informed that the intended goods are required to develop IT Block-02.

2.3. After due deliberations, the Approval Committee approved the proposed list of materials.

The meeting ended with a vote of thanks to the Chair.
