2.1. It was brought to the notice of the Approval Committee that M/s. Global Stones Pvt. Ltd. had submitted proposal for inclusion of additional item of manufacture in the LOA dated 31.05.2017 of its unit located in the Multi-Products SEZ of M/s. Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Ltd. at Jaipur (Rajasthan). The details of existing approved & revised items of manufacture are as under:-

2.3. Further, it was informed that the import policy of the proposed raw materials i.e. Granite, Marble& Sand Stone slabs are as under:-

2.4. The Approval Committee observed that as per Point No. (iii) of Instruction No. 47 dated 04.03.2010 issued by DOC, “In respect of supply of Restricted items by a DTA unit to SEZ Developer / Unit, the DTA unit can supply such items to a SEZ Developer or unit for setting up infrastructure facility or for setting up of a unit. It can also supply raw material to SEZ unit for undertaking a manufacturing operation except refrigeration, cutting, polishing and blending. However, it will require prior approval of BOA”.

2.5. Sh. P.K. Mohapatra C.A. of M/s. Global Stones Pvt. Ltd. appeared before the Approval Committee and explained the proposal. He informed to the Approval Committee that mainly they are doing export to USA and unit had made export to the tune of Rs.200 Crore during last financial year. He further informed that the present employment is 150 persons which may increase up to 350 persons. The representative of the unit further informed that they will procure the raw materials from DTA market and they will not procure / import any item which is ‘Restricted / Prohibited’ under DGFT Policy.

2.6. After due deliberations, the Approval Committee approved the proposal for inclusion of following items of manufacture in LOA, subject to the condition that the unit shall not be allowed to procure / import any item which is ‘Restricted / Prohibited’ under FTP/HBOP and further subject to compliance of Policy Condition No. 3 of Chapter 5 of import policy of DGFT:-

- 3.1. It was brought to the notice of Approval Committee that M/s. Pixere Consulting Private Limited had applied for expansion of area of the unit located in the Multi-Products SEZ of M/s. Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Ltd. at Jaipur (Rajasthan). It was informed to the Committee that presently unit has occupied built-up area of 10114 Sqft. (939.62 Sqmt.) at 3” floor, Block-T2, TowerB1, eVOLVE Building of SEZ. It was informed that the unit has requested for addition of 11361.61 Sqmt. land at Plot No. IT-B-01 of SEZ. It was further informed that the unit has submitted copy of letter for provisional offer of space dated 04.02.2020 issued by the SEZ developer for allotment of proposed additional space. 

3.2. It was also informed that the unit had submitted revised projections for 5 years, as given below:-
