Subject: Nomination of ICD Morbi for taking benefit of Advance Authorisation (Export promotion incentives mentioned in Chapter-4, Duty Exemption/Remission Schemes of the Handbook of Procedures of Foreign Trade Policy) -reg.

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under the provision to Paralviii) of the Notification No. 23/2023-Customs dated, Olst April 2023 {read with Notification No. 26/2023-Customs dated, Olst April 2023), being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest and in the interest to promote the import and export from the region, the undersigned hereby nominates ICD Morbi falling under the jurisdiction of Customs - Commissionerate (Preventive) Jamnagar for import and export under _ Advance Authorisation for the purpose of taking benefit of Export i ‘promotion — Ah incentives mentioned inChapter-4, Duty Exemption /Remission Schemes of the Handbook of Procedures of Foreign _ Trade Policy subject to fulfilment the conditions laid down in the aforesaid
