Subject: Nomination of ICD Morbi for taking benefit of Export promotion incentives mentioned in Chapter-5, Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Scheme of the Foreign Trade Policy— reg.

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under the proviso to Para 9 of the Notification No. 26/2023-Customs dated, Olst April 2023, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest and in the interest to promote the import and export from the region, the under signed hereby nominates ICD Morbi (NWDH6) falling under the jurisdiction of Customs Commissionerate (Preventive) Jamnagar for import and export for the purpose of taking benefit of Export promotion incentives mentioned in Chapter-5, Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Scheme of the Foreign Trade Policy subject to fulfilment the conditions laid down in the afore said Notification.
