Attention of all Importers, Exporters, Freight Forwarders, Custodians, Customs Brokers, Other stakeholders and Officers of Customs working under Jamnagar Customs 1s invited to the Board's Instruction no. 24/2024-Customs dated 22.10.2024 and Office Memorandum vide F.No. ~ R11017/01/2018-PP (part-1) dated 09-09-2024 issued from Ministry of Communications, Department of Telecommunications WPC Wing, Sanchar Bhavan, New Delhi to facilitate ease of doing business in the Telecom Sector in respect of License-Exempt Wireless Equipment Devices. 2.1 Vide above OM, it is conveyed that all the applications of Equipment Type Approval (ETA) for wireless equipment devices, which have been license-exempt through various Gazette notifications issued from time to time, shall be granted to the applicant on a self-declaration basis. 2.2 To avail this facility, it is stated that, the applicants are required to submit the applications on the SARAL Sanchar portal (https://saralsanchar.gov.in), with all requisite documents and fees.
