Subject: Conduct of online examination under Regulation 6 of Customs
Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2018 by the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics (NACIN), Palasamudram- reg The written examination of Customs Brokers Licensing Examination, for the Year 2025, shall be conducted by NACIN in the month of March 2025 at the designated examination centres across India. 2. Applicants should carefully choose the Policy Section while filling out the application form in CBLMS. Policy Section means the Customs Commissionerate having jurisdiction over the area where the applicant intends to carry business. The list of Policy Section is available on the CBLMS Portal under the tab "Contact Us". It is essential to ensure that the application form is filled out and submitted with complete and accurate information, as it can be submitted only once. The complete "F Category Exam & License" application must be submitted from 22.10.2024 to 21.11.2024 up-to 24:00 Hrs in online mode only on the CBLMS Portal (httbs://cblms.gov.in). 3. The applicant must pay the prescribed fee of Z500/- (Rupees five hundred only) either online in the "F Category Exam & License" application form or through a manual challan at the Policy Section and upload a copy of this manual challan in the "F Category Exam & License" application. No application will be accepted without successful payment of the fee. 4. The online written examination will be a Computer Based Exam with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) of two and half hours (10:30 Hrs to 13:00 Hrs) duration.

Those qualifying in the said examination will have to appear for oral examination in terms of Regulation 6 of the said Regulations.
The oral examination will be held during the second quarter of the calendar year 2025. The pass percentage marks for qualifying in the oral examination will be 60%. 7. Attention is invited to the Guidelines dated 29.08.2018 issued by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) and circulated by CBIC vide letter dated 10.10.2018 pertaining to the persons with benchmark disability. It is hereby advised that eligible candidates meeting these criteria of benchmark disability and willing to avail the benefit of these guidelines should appropriately intimate about their eligibility and willingness so that necessary arrangements can be made by the exam conducting authority and its partner agencies. • 8.

A link to download the admit card will also be provided therein. Admit cards shall also be sent by e-mail to eligible applicants 12 days in advance before the date of examination.
