CIRCULAR The Department of Commerce (DoC) has received multiple representations from NSDL which has been managing SEZonline system for the management and administration of SEZs. It has been highlighted that consequent to migration of import-export and other related transactions for goods from SEZonline to ICEGATE, revenue stream of NSDL has been adversely impacted and it has become unremunerative to manage operations. [n view of the above, NSDL has sought revision of service charges in line with the recommendations made by the Committee chaired by the Development Commissioner, Cochin SEZ. 2. The matter has been examined in detail, and after due consideration of the issues raised by NSDL, it has been decided that the revised user charges for SEZ-Online services shall be as under, with effect from 01.01 .2026: - 3.
