• 67.1 Discussion on the Annual Performance Report (APR) submitted by the working ~ units of KASEZ for the year 2012-13:

_ The Committee perused the status in respect of 222 units as placed before it and decded that besides issue of SCNs for non-achievement of positive NFE as per rules, following actions. may also be taken:. |

1. All the APRs to be thoroughly examined specially with reference to Chartered Accountants Certificate. Where any CA firm has recorded that the relevant information was not submitted to it. Such APRs may not be accepted.

2. Wherever the APRs indicate non-performance by a unit or violation of any terms and conditions of LOA/LUT, such firms need to be issued SCNs. .
