61. Review/confirmation of the minutes of last meeting of the Approval Committee:

Minutes of the last meeting of the Approval Committee were confirmed.

61.1.1 Default list of services allowed for Service Tax Exemption in SEZ:

The Committee approved the default list of 58 services for Service Tax Exemption for SEZ Developers/Co-developers/units. A copy of this list is enclosed. The Committee also decided that the list of 91 default services that was approved in 48" meeting held on 13/9/2011 shall not be applicable any more unless and until such services are included in the list of 58 services,

61.1.2 M/s.Hwatsi Chemical Pvt. Ltd., KASEZ:

No representative of the company could attend the meeting. Thus, the item was

deferred.
