Attention of all concerned is invited to the Public Notice No. 07/2025 dated 14.10.2025; Public Notice 03/2026 dated 05.02.2026 on the above subject and also to the Guidelines for the Candidates issued on 19.02.2026 by the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes & Narcotics, Palasamundram, NH-44, Gorantla Mandal, Shri Sathya Sai Dist, Andra Pradesh - 515251 for Customs Brokers Licensing Examination, 2026. 2. The aforementioned ‘Guidelines for the Candidates issued on 19.02.2026 from F. No. NACIN/I/(22)/OTH/107/2025-EXAM-NACIN- PALASAMUDRAM (I/3873142/2026)’ comprising guidance on the following aspects for the candidates, enclosed with this Public Notice: A. Admit Card and Mock Test: A dummy Question paper for awareness of candidates will be made available on the NACIN websites (https://www.nacin.gov.in/) under the tab <Examination> <Customs Broker> <Practice Test>. Candidates may address any query related to the examination to the contact details specified under the ASSISTANCE section within the same tab. ITEMS, such as watches, books, pens, pencils, paper, chits, magazines, and electronic gadgets (including mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, headphones, pen/buttonhole cameras, scanners, calculators, storage devices, etc.) are PROHIBITED AND STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED in the examination hall. 4. Each candidate shall be provided with complete examination infrastructure including hardware (a desktop computer) loaded with examination software. 5. Before the commencement of the test, candidates will be required to enter their Roll Number (as displayed on the Admit Card) and password (PAN number) to start the test. 6. At the designated time, the question paper shall be made available on the candidates' computer screens. 7. The test will be conducted in a computer-based mode within a secure environment such that while the test is taken, access to all possible web resources i.e. browsing, chatting, etc. will be blocked on the candidates' computers, as well as any other computer peripherals such as printers. 8. For answering a question, a candidate has to click on the correct / most appropriate option from the given answer choices.
9. Pens/pencils for rough work will be provided in the examination hall.

No separate rough sheet will be provided to the candidates. 10.Electronic watch (timer) will be available on the computer screen allotted to the candidates. 11.It is reiterated that Candidates should not bring Bags and prohibited/valuable items as mentioned above to the examination venue as arrangements for safe custody of such items cannot be assured. 12.Candidates must not indulge in use of unfair means or practices. An illustrative list of unfair means or practices by a person is as below: a) Obtaining support for his candidature by any means; b) Impersonating; c) Submitting fabricated documents; d) Resorting to any unfair means or practices in connection with the examination or in connection with the result of the examination; e) Found in possession of any paper, book, note, or any other material, the use of which is not permitted in the examination center; f) Communicating with others or exchanging calculators, chits, papers, etc.

Any conversation or gesticulating or disturbance or attempt to change seats/admit cards in the Examination Hall shall be deemed as the use of unfair means. 14.Candidates are not allowed to leave the examination centre until completion of the test and handing over the Admit card to the Invigilator. 15.Candidates are not allowed under any circumstances to go out of the examination hall in the first thirty minutes even on completion/submission of the paper. 16.The question paper shall be in English and Hindi. 18.Attention is invited to the Guidelines dated 29.08.2018 issued by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) and circulated by CBIC vide letter dated 10.10.2018 pertaining to the persons with benchmark disabilities. It is hereby advised that eligible candidates meeting these criteria of benchmark disability should appropriately intimate about their eligibility so that necessary arrangements can be made by the exam conducting authority and its partner agencies. 3. Finalisation of Answer Keys: NACIN shall examine the objections received and publish the final answer keys within ten (10) days from the date of closure of the objection window. The decision of NACIN on the final answer keys shall be final and binding, and no further correspondence and representation shall be entertained in this regard. D.
