PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 03/2025 Sub: Addendum to Public Notice No. 01/2025:

Implementation of Right to Information Act, 2005 –Designation of Central Public Information Officers (CPIO’s) and Appellate Authorities within the Jurisdiction of Customs Commissionerate, Ahmedabad- Regarding.

 Attention of all the Trade Associations/Chambers of Commerce and Members of

Customs Broker Association and Public is invited to the Public Notice No. 01/2025 dated 14.05.2025, vide which information regarding Central Public Information Officers CPIOs and First Appellate Authorities working in this Commissionerate, was publicized.

  1. On account of retirement on superannuation of an officer of Ahmedabad Customs Commissionerate, a need has arisen to make amendment to Annexure to the said Public Notice. Accordingly, Annexure to the Public Notice 01/2025 dated 14.05.2025, shall stand modified to the extent mentioned in Annexure-A, attached to this Public Notice. Other contents of the Public Notice No.01/2025 dated 14.05.2025 will remain unchanged.

  2. All the Trade Associations/Chamber of Commerce as well as Members of Customs Broker Associations are requested to publicize the contents of this Public Notice amongst their Members/Constituents, for their information and necessary action.
