regulations 2025 starting from Hazlra (INHAZAl) and Oahej(INOAHl) witt effect from 04.07.225 -Reg . •••••••••••• Attention of all Exporter/Importer, Customs Brokers, Members of the Trade and all stake holders are invited towards Board's Circular No:10/2025-Customs dated 28.03.2025 and Notification No:20/2025-Customs dated 28.03.2025, wherein the transitional provisions for the implementation of SCMTR were extended up to 31st May 2025. 2. In this context, it is informed that in view of further phased implementation of SOM/ SON, the Directorate General of System & Data Management (DGOS) has further identified twc ports viz. Hazira (INHAZAl) and Dahej (INDAHl) for implementation of mandatorily filinf SDM/SDN with effect from 04.07.2025 - where export messages under SCMTR namely Sec Departure Manifest (SOM) and Sea Departure Notification (SON), shall be made mandatory witt effect from 04.07.2025. Accordingly, the existing Export General Manifest (EGM) filing will be discontinued at these locations. Further, export incentives would be directly linked to the successful filing of SDM/SDN. 3. In view of the above, all stakeholders are informed of this transition and encouraged to undertake exhaustive filing of export messages for all vessels calling at the aforementioned ports, to ensure a smooth migration to the SCMTR regime. 4. This Public Notice may be given wide publicity.
