In view of shifting of existing T3 Terminal premises to new cargo Terminal, M/s Ahmedabad International Airport Ltd (formerly known as M/s. Adani Ahmedabad International Airport Ltd) has requested for notifying new cargo terminal within the area of Airport, Ahmedabad (SVPI Airport), notified u/s 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 vide Notification no. 61/94-Cus(NT) dated 21.11.1994,. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (a) of Section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962, I, Shiv Kumar Sharma, Principal Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad hereby approve the place specified in column No. | and 2 of the below mentioned Schedule A, in respect of Ahmedabad Integrated Air Cargo Terminal (ICT), SVPI Airport, Ahmedabad to be the landing place for the purpose of unloading imported goods and for loading of export goods or any class of such goods and also notify the area as specified in Column No.
