आईएफएससीए/2022-23/िीएन/037.—प्राजधकरण, जित्त मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा दिनांक 14 दिसंबर, 2021 को िारी और भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii), में दिनांक 14 दिसंबर, 2021 को प्रकाजित अजधसूचना संख्या एस.ओ. 5199(अ) के साथ पठित अंतरराष्ट्रीय जित्तीय सेिा केंद्र प्राजधकरण अजधजनयम, 2019 (2019 का 50) (इसके पश्चात "उक्त अजधजनयम" के रूप में संिर्भित) की धारा 12 द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए,' जिमानन प्रजिक्षण सतत तंत्र उपकरण' के संबंध में पठरचालन और जित्तीय लीि के संकर सजित पठरचालन लीि को जित्तीय उत्पाि के रूप में जनर्ििष्ट करता िै। 2. यि अजधसूचना रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रभािी िोगी।

THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES CENTRES AUTHORITY NOTIFICATION Gandhinagar, the 11th April, 2023

IFSCA/2022-23/GN/037.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 (50 of 2019) (hereinafter referred as the “said Act”) read with notification number S.O. 5199(E) dated 14th December, 2021 issued by Ministry of Finance, Government of India, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 14th December, 2021, the Authority hereby specifies an operating lease, including an hybrid of operating and financial lease, in respect of ‘Aviation training simulation devices’,as a financial product.

2. This notification shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
