12th April, 2022 issued by the Authority, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4, dated the 13th April, 2022, the words “specifies the following as a financial product under clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act” in the first paragraph, shall be read as “specifies an operating lease, including an hybrid of operating and financial lease, in respect of the following equipment, as financial product”:
