अंतरराष्ट्रीय जित्तीय सेिा केन्द्र प्राजधकरण अजधसूचना गांधीनगर, 12 अप्रैल, 2022 सं. आई. एफ. एस.सी.ए./2022-23/िी.एन./023.—अंतरराष्ट्रीय जित्तीय सेिा केन्द्र प्राजधकरण, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii), तारीख 14 ददसम्बर, 2021 में प्रकाजित भारत सरकार के जित्त मंत्रालय द्वारा िारी की गई तारीख 14 ददसम्बर, 2021 की अजधसूचना संखयांक का.आ. 5199(अ) के साथ पठित अंतरराष्ट्रीय जित्तीय सेिा केन्द्र प्राजधकरण अजधजनयम, 2019 (2019 का 50) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् “उक्त अजधजनयम” कहा गया है) की
धारा 12 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जनम्नजलजखत को उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) के खंड (घ) के अधीन जित्तीय उत्पाद के रूप में जिजनर्ददष्ट करता है: (क) चलायमान (मोबाइल) उपस्ट्कर की ऐसा कोई मद, चाहे िह िजक्तचाजलत है अथिा नहीं या स्ट्िचाजलत, सप्रयोिन बनाई गई है और जिसका प्रयोग दकसी जिमानपत्तन के रैंप क्षेत्र पर िायुयान की ग्राउंड हैंडललग, सर्विलसग या स्ट्थलीय मरम्मत के जलए दकया िाता है और इसके अंतगगत ग्राउंड सहायता उपस्ट्कर की ऐसी कोई मद भी है, जिसे आई.ए.टी.ए.

सका प्रयोग दकसी जिमानपत्तन के रैंप क्षेत्र पर िायुयान की ग्राउंड हैंडललग, सर्विलसग या स्ट्थलीय मरम्मत के जलए दकया िाता है और इसके अंतगगत ग्राउंड सहायता उपस्ट्कर की ऐसी कोई मद भी है, जिसे आई.ए.टी.ए. द्वारा समय-समय पर इस रूप में जिजनर्ददष्ट दकया िाता है; और (ख) रैंप हैंडललग के जलए आिश्यक सेिाएं प्रदान करने के जलए, जिसके अंतगगत भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 3, खंड 4 में तारीख 30 अक्तूबर, 2018 को प्रकाजित भारत के जिमानपत्तन प्राजधकरण द्वारा िारी की गई अजधसूचना संखयांक ए.ए.आई./ओ.पी.एस./707/िी.एच.आर.-2018, तारीख 26 अक्तूबर, 2018 की अनुसूची-I में यथा-जिजनर्ददष्ट दियाकलाप भी हैं, प्रयुक्त उपस्ट्कर । सं. 200] नई ददल्ली, बुधिार, अप्रैल 13, 2022/चैत्र 23, 1944

NOTIFICATION Gandhinagar, the 12th April, 2022 No. IFSCA/2022-23/GN/023-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 (50 of 2019) (hereinafter referred as the “said Act”) read with notification number S.O.

e of the powers conferred by section 12 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 (50 of 2019) (hereinafter referred as the “said Act”) read with notification number S.O. 5199(E) dated 14th December, 2021 issued by Ministry of Finance, Government of India, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 14th December, 2021, the Authority hereby specifies the following as a financial product under clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act: (a) any piece of mobile equipment, whether or not powered or self-propelled, purpose designed built and used for ground handling, servicing or field maintenance of aircraft on the ramp area of an airport and includes any piece of ground support equipment specified as such by IATA from time to time; and (b) equipment used for providing services necessary for ramp handling including activities as specified in Schedule –I of the Notification number F. No. AAI/OPS/707/GHR-2018 dated 26th October, 2018 issued by Airports Authority of India, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4, dated the 30th October, 2018, as amended from time to time. Explanation: The aforementioned equipment shall collectively be referred to as the “Aircraft Ground Support Equipment”. 2.
