Notification : 04/ 2024-25 In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-section (a) of Section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), I, Shiv Kumar Sharma, Principal Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad, hereby notify the place specified in column No. | and 2 of the below mentioned Schedule in respect of M/s Adani Logistics Ltd. ICD, LC-33, Sanand Viramgam Highway, Virochan Nagar as the place for the purpose of unloading imported goods and for loading export goods or any class of such goods.

Further, I, Shiv Kumar Sharma, Principal Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under sub-section (b) of Section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 hereby specify the limits of ICD Virochan Nagar as specified in Column No. 4 and 5 of the Schedule below:
