कारपोरेट कायय मंत्रालय अजधसूचना नई ददल्ली, 5 अगस्ट्त, 2021 का.आ. 3156(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, कंपनी अजधजनयम, 2013 (2013 का 18) की धारा 393क द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, धारा 387 से 392 (दोनों सजममजलत) के उपबंधों से जनम्नजलजखत को छूट प्रदान करती है: (क) जिदेिी कंपजनयां; (ख) भारत से बाहर जनगजमत या जनगजमत की जाने िाली कंपजनयां, चाहे कंपनी ने भारत में कारबार का स्ट्थान स्ट्थाजपत दकया है या नहीं दकया है या जब गठित की गई हो तब भारत में कारबार का स्ट्थान स्ट्थाजपत कर सकती है अथिा नहीं, जहां तक िे जििेष आर्थथक क्षेत्र अजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का 28) की धारा 18 के तहत स्ट्थाजपत अंतरायष्ट्रीय जित्तीय सेिा केंद्रों में प्रजतभूजतयों में अंिदान के जलए पेिकि, जििरजणका से संबंजधत आिश्यकताएं, और सभी प्रासंजगक मामलों से

THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th August, 2021 S.O. 3156(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 393A of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby exempts, from the provisions of sections 387 to 392 (both inclusive), the following:- (a) foreign companies; (b) companies incorporated or to be incorporated outside India, whether the company has or has not established, or when formed may or may not establish, a place of business in India,
insofar as they relate to the offering for subscription in the securities, requirements related to the prospectus, and all matters incidental thereto in the International Financial Services Centres set up under section 18 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005).
