THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th October 2020 S.O. 3652(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (vi) of clause (d) of
sub-section (1) of section 3 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 (50 of 2019), the Central Government herby notifies aircraft lease which shall include operating and financial lease and any hybrid of operating and financial lease of aircraft or helicopter and engines of aircraft or helicopter or any other part thereof, as financial product. 2. NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th October, 2020 S.O. 3653(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (xiv) of clause (e) of sub- section (1) of section 3 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 (50 of 2019), the Central Government herby notifies Global in-House Centres (GIC), as financial service to provide services relating to financial products and financial services, for which eligibility criteria shall be provided by the Authority in regulations. 2.
