S.O. 2844(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the
International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 (50 of 2019), the Central Government hereby
appoints the 21st of August, 2020 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come
into force, namely:-
