का.आ. 1383 (अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, अंतरराष्ट्रीय जित्तीय सेिा केन्द्र प्राजधकरण अजधजनयम, 2019 (2019 का 50) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 27 अप्रैल, 2020 को, अंतरराष्ट्रीय जित्तीय सेिा केन्द्र प्राजधकरण की स्ट्थापना की तारीख के रूप में जनयत करती है और उस प्राजधकरण का मुख्यालय गांधीनगर, गुिरात में होगा ।

S.O.1383 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 4 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 (50 of 2019), the Central Government hereby appoints the 27th of April, 2020 as the date of the establishment of the International Financial Services Centres Authority and the head office of that Authority shall be at Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
