भारतीय ररज़र्व बैंक (जर्त् तीय बाज़ार जर्जियमि जर्भाग) (केंद्रीय कायावलय) अजधसूचिा म ंबई, 07 ििर्री, 2020 जर्देिी म द्रा प्रबंधि (अंतरराष्‍ट रीय जर्त् तीय सेर्ा केंद्र) (संिोधि) जर्जियमार्ली, 2020 सं. फेमा. 397/आरबी-2020.—जर्देिी म द्रा प्रबंधि अजधजियम, 1999 (1999 का 42) की धारा 47 द्वारा प्रदत् त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय ररज़र्व बैंक जर्देिी म द्रा प्रबंधि (अंतरराष्‍ट रीय जर्त् तीय सेर्ा केंद्र) जर्जियमार्ली, 2015 (अजधसूचिा सं. फेमा.339/2015-आरबी ददिांदकत 02 माचव 2015), में जिम् िजलजखत संिोधि करता है, यथा:-

1. लघ िीर्वक और प्रर्तवि- (i) इि जर्जियमों को जर्देिी म द्रा प्रबंधि (अंतरराष्‍ट रीय जर्त् तीय सेर्ा केंद्र) (संिोधि) जर्जियमार्ली, 2020 कहा िाएगा। (ii) ये जर्जियम िासकीय रािपत्र में प्रकािि की तारीख से प्रभार्ी होंगे। सं. 29] िई ददल्ली, बृहस्ट् पजतर्ार, ििर्री 16, 2020/पौर् 26, 1941

RESERVE BANK OF INDIA (Financial Markets Regulation Department) (Central Office) NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 07th January, 2020 Foreign Exchange Management (International Financial Services Centre) (Amendment)
Regulations, 2020 No. FEMA. 397/RB-2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (42 of 1999), the Reserve Bank hereby makes the following amendments in the Foreign Exchange Management (International Financial Services Centre) Regulations, 2015 (Notification No. FEMA.339/2015-RB dated March 2, 2015), namely:-

1. Short title and commencement– i. These regulations may be called the Foreign Exchange Management (International Financial Services Centre) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020. ii. These regulations shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment– The following proviso be added to principal regulation 4: “Provided that, Reserve Bank may, through a general or specific permission, allow a financial institution or a branch of a financial institution to conduct such business in Indian Rupee with such persons, whether resident or otherwise as it may determine.” T.
