Subject: Re-Constitution of Internal Complaints Committee under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Preventive, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 — reg.

In compliance of Section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 to provide safe and secure environment to women at the workplace, the Internal Complaints Committee has been re-constituted in the office of the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone with the following members, for receiving complaints of sexual harassment:
