To The Export Oriented Units, Kerala & Karnataka Sub:- Online Deemed Export benefits application module - Reg. Sir, 1. Refer to DGFT Trade Notice No.10/2025-26 dated 28.07.2025 and No.12/2021- 2022 dated 28.07.2021. 2. The DGFT has issued directives insisting filing of online application in the DGFT website for claiming benefits under Deemed Exports and hence all EoUs desirous of availing the facility are requested to file online application. 3. While filing online applications, following aspects are to be ensured for timely processing of the claims :- (a) All the requisite documents complete in all respects should be enclosed; ie, required fields/ details are to be filled in correctly/completely, signature, seal, etc are to be endorsed/affixed. (b) Appedix-22B bank certificates are to be signed by the suppliers concerned and all the requisite details of the bank and the signatory, who signed the certificates are to be mentioned therein.
