1. All units in CSEZ daHSC www.csez.gov. in e office@csez.gov. in The District Labour Officer (Enforcement), Ernakulam vide letter No.E5 4031/2023 dated 22/08/2023 infomed that as per Circular No. 12/2023 of the Labour Commissioner, Kerala, all inter-State migrant workmen (Migrant workers from other States) working in all establishments and companies in Kerala are required to be registered in the Athidhi Portal (https://athidhi.lc.kerala.gov.in) launched by Government of Kerala. A contractor, who bring or engage migrant workers or the employer who engages migrant worker can register the details of the worker in the portal. The migrant/Athidhi worker himself can also register individually as well. However, all establishments and units functioning in Cochin Special Economic Zone (CSEZ) should ensure that necessary steps are taken by them to register interstate migrant workmen in the Athidhi Portal on or before 15n September 2023 without fail.
