Subject: Notice for:

a) Renewal of Membership for FY 2026–2027 b) Renewal of E-RCMC expiring on 31st March 2026 required to renew on DGFT portal immediate after membership renewal
Dear Member(s), We are pleased to inform you that the online renewal of Membership and E-RCMC for the Financial Year 2026–2027 will commence from 1st April 2026. In continuation of our earlier circular dated 18th March 2026, Members are requested to renew their Membership and E-RCMC as per the provisions of the Council’s Memorandum & Articles of Association to continue availing the Council’s services and benefits.

A. Membership Renewal (Online Only on GJEPC Portal) Members are requested to log in using the below link to complete the renewal process:

• Members must select the appropriate HSN Code for each product during renewal
• Ensure all details are accurate to avoid delays

B. RCMC Renewal (Online Only on DGFT portal) • RCMC renewal due on 31st March 2026 (Annexure 5 – RCMC Process enclosed) • Apply through DGFT portal after membership renewal

1. Electoral Process • CoA elections will be conducted annually
   • Electoral roll will be prepared along with membership renewal
   • Panel selection will be auto generated based on export data

Members must update following details on or before 30th June 2026: • Authorized Representative | Email ID | Mobile Number | Other required details
2. Eligibility for Ordinary Membership Members must meet the following criteria: • Minimum 2 years as Associate Member
• Required average export turnover: MSME Category: • Micro: ₹25 Lakhs | Small: ₹50 Lakhs | Medium: ₹1 Crore | Others: Above ₹1 Crore
