INDIA~ CUSTOMS Attention of all Importers, Customs Brokers, and members of the Trade in the jurisdiction of the Precious Cargo Customs Clearance Centre (PCCCC) (TNDPC4), APSC is drawn towards Notification 158/95 dated 14.11.1995. 2. All importers availing the benefit of Sr. No. I of Notification no. 158/95 dated 14.11.1995 - "Goods manufactured in India and parts of such goods whether of Indian or foreign manufacture and reimported into India for repairs or for reconditioning", shall, in addition to the.mandatory documents required to be submitted in e-Sanchit at the time of filing of Bill of Entry, upload the following documents at the time of filing the Bill of Entry itself to facilitate faster clearance: (i) Self certified office/factory system-generated report with timestamps for each stage of production of the item in the manufacturing unit, signed by Authorized signatory; ii) Self certified system-generated images of the specific product design/model of the goods under import, signed by Authorized Signatory;
