Annexure referred to in DGFT Notification No. 08/2023 dated 29.05.2023 regarding ‘Indian Trade Classification (Harmonised System) of Import Items, 2022 [ITC (HS), 2022]’

d. The PIMS will be effective from 01.10.2022 i.e., Bill of Entry on or after 01.10.2022 for items as listed in the Annexure-I to this Notification shall be governed by PIMS.
