Page I of 2 Election Authority noted that pursuant to the communication datedJuly 19, 2022 issued to the CoA regarding the conduction of the draw of lots one Member of the CoA, Shri Mahendra Agrawal was present and thus Election Authority called the Meeting to order and commenced with the process of Draw of Lots.

It was explained to the present Members that the Draw of Lots was being done in accordance to the requirements of the provisions of Article 27.4 (a) of the Articles of Association of the Council to determine the panel wherein the MSlvlE seat (one Member) would be categorised for the forthcoming elections ofthe term 2022-2024. Further to ensure wider draw,five chits each of the below mentioned panels were prepared and kept in the bowl to determine the categorisation of the MSME seat for the forthcoming elections. . Gold Jewellery and Other Precious Metal Jewellery Panel Out of the said ten chits, one chit was drawn which contained the name Gold Jewellery and Other Precious Metal Jewellery Paneland the Election Authority declared that the MSME seat would be categorized within the Gold Jewellery and Other Precious Metal Jewellery Panel for the Elections of the term 2022-2024.
