Subject : Compliance of Covid -19 protocol issued by the State Disaster Management Department — reg.
Disaster Management Department, Government of Kerala has issued new orders in the wake of unabated surge in Covid — 19 cases and high test positivity rate in the State of Kerala. The faster spread of the disease is very alarming and all units functioning in the Special Economic Zones and Export Oriented Units are required to comply with the directions issued by various Central and State Government Departments from time to time.
It has been reported to this office that some of the Units are not adhering to the guidelines issued by the Health Department, Disaster Management Department, etc. Action will be taken against those Units which are not strictly following the Covid-19 protocol.
This is issued with the approval of the Development Commissioner.
