Sub: Extension of time limit for RCMC for FY 2021-22

Dear Member(s), With reference to Council`s circular No. GJEPC/101/M&R/RNW/2020-21/ dated 15th March 2021, wherein the timeline for renewal of membership for FY 2021-22 was on or before 30th April 2021. Now considering the current situation of Covid -19 and lockdown restrictions still in place in India, DGFT has extended the validity of all such RCMC which is valid up to 31st March 2021 till 30th September 2021 vide notification dated 10th May 2021. Based on that it is notified that the RCMC of all members who have renewed their membership with the Council till June 30th will get their RCMC validity extended till 30th September.
However all such members who have still not renewed their membership should do it immediately if they have not renewed their membership, to get their RCMC validity extended.
Based on the above Members may note that till 30th September 2021, for members with RCMC validity till 31st May or later, Council will not initiate the process of de-registration of RCMC, if they have not renewed their membership, post which RCMC may get de- registered without further notice. Also it may be noted that members who will not renew their membership till 31st September will not be accorded any service for events and otherwise as offered by

Council to its members like participation in exhibitions etc. Also for members who will register after 30th June will be required to pay registration fee of Rs 5000/- as notified earlier.
Further members may please note that as MYKYC bank registration is mandatory and free for Members of Council. Hence you are requested to complete your MY KYCBANK registration for which you may email at info@mykycbank.com/ support@mykycbank.com for any query related to MY KYC registration.
