The Department of Commerce has decided that Para 6.11 and Para 9.21 of Foreign Trade Policy read with Appendix 14 1 I does not provide for reimbursement of CST paid on goods supplied from one EOU to another EOU. All the units are therefore advised to comply with the orders of the Department and submit claims accordingly. An undertaking to the effect that no claim for reimbursement of CST for purchase made from EOU/SEZ unit has been included, may be furnished while submitting application for reimbursement of CST.
