OFFICE NOTE

Attention of all officers of Customs posted at PCCCC, APSC, Mumbai Zone-Ill is drawn towards Office Note dated 22.04.2019 issued by Joint Commissioner of Customs, PCCCC, Mumbai Custom Zone-III vide F. No. S/3-Misc-01(38)/2019-20/PCCC dated 22.04.2019.

In view of this clarification received from Directorate General of Export Promotion (CBIC) vide F. No. DGEP/G&J/13/2019 dated 01.07.2020 the above referred Office Note dated 22.04.2019 is withdrawn with immediate effect and All the Officers are directed to follow the instructions contained in the aforesaid letter received from DGEP(CBIC).

This issue with the approval of Pr. Commissioner of Customs, Airport Special Cargo Commissionerate, Mumbai.
