To: Affected Members of the Council whose replenishments have been blocked due to 80:20 policy changes in 2014. Sub: Application in ANF-2D for seeking Policy/Procedure relaxation in terms of Para 2.58 of the Foreign Trade Policy. Dear Member, This is to inform you that there was a webinar organized by Council on 26th September 2020 with Shri Vijay Kumar, Addl. DGFT, Directorate General of Foreign Trade, New Delhi regarding Post Export Benefits of Precious Metal Jewellery. As per the representation done with the Govt. and received by us from members, we understand that several members are facing issue of non- receipt of Replenishment of gold for exports made by them during the 80:20 scheme due to policy changes thereof by the Govt. in 2014. In this regard, it was discussed by the official from DGFT during the webinar that the individual exporter may consider one time relaxation by applying by filling up the application Form ANF-2D online to the Policy Relaxation Committee to their respective RA along with necessary fees and copy to DGFT, Delhi & GJEPC. Further, it was mentioned that the meetings of Policy Relaxation Committee are held on weekly basis in DGFT for speedy disposal of concerns raised by various exporters. Based on this the affected members are requested to apply to RA of DGFT with their individual cases by filling up ANF 2D online with intimation to this Council.
