Dear Member(s), Sub: Further Extension of time limit for Renewal of Membership for FY 2020 - 21 Dear Member(s), With reference to Council`s circular No. GJEPC/101/M&R/RNW/2020-21/4075 dated 30th July 2020, wherein the timeline for renewal of membership for FY 2020-21 was extended till 30th September 2020. However considering the current situation of Covid -19 and Lockdown in some form still in place, Council has decided to extend the period of renewal of membership till 31st October 2020 without the payment of additional admission fees of Rs. 5000/-, plus applicable taxes. You may note that in case membership fees will be received on or after 1st November 2020, the Council shall treat the member as a "Fresh Member" and in that case admission fee of Rs. 5000/- plus GST will also be applicable. It may also be noted that if membership fees for the year 2020-21 is not received by GJEPC on or before 31st October 2020 then the Council will be constrained to initiate proceeding for de-registration of RCMC as per provisions of Foreign Trade Policy of Govt. of India. With this circular we also invite attention of members towards Trade Notice no. 60/2019- 20 issued by DGFT on 31st March, 2020 with regards to extension of validity for RCMC which expired on 31st March, 2020. In view of the same member may please renew their membership and RCMC accordingly to avail benefits from DGFT.

The members are requested to renew their membership at the earliest for availing the facilities and smooth and unhindered services pertaining to the exhibitions & other facilities, extended by the Council to them.
Further members are also requested to note that the final registration of MY KYC bank has to be completed on or before 31st October, 2020. Registration under MY KYC bank is free for Members of Council. You are requested to complete MY KYC registration within given timeline.
