Dear Member(s), Sub: Extension of time limit for Renewal of Membership for the FY 2020 -21 Dear Member(s), With reference to Council`s circular No. GJEPC/101/M&R/RNW/2020-21/ 4001 dated 10th July, 2020, regarding renewal of membership for the financial year 2020-21, based on requirement and various reasons Council has decided to extend the period of renewal of membership till 30th September 2020 without the payment of additional admission fees of Rs. 5000/- plus applicable taxes. However, it may be noted that after 31st July, 2020, in absence of renewal of membership all facilities extended to the member will remain suspended, including Concession in KP Application Fee & Receipt of Solitaire International, News Letter & Circulars etc. till such membership renewal is done.
In case of payment of fees in the bank received on or after 1st October 2020, the Council shall treat the member as a Fresh Member and admission fee of Rs. 5000/- plus GST will also be applicable. It may also be noted that if membership fees for the year 2020-21 is not received by GJEPC on or before 30th September 2020, then the Council will be constrained to initiate proceeding for de-registration of RCMC as per provisions of Foreign Trade Policy of Govt. of India. The Members are requested to renew their membership at the earliest for availing the facilities and smooth and unhindered services pertaining to the Exhibitions & others, extended by the Council to them.
