Subject: Submission of Export Returns Quarterly in accordance to para 2.96 of

Handbook of Procedures of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 by all members exporters
This is w.r.t para 2.96(b) of Handbook of Procedures of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20, whereby exporters are required to furnish quarterly return /details of their exports of commodities to the concerned registering authority. Accordingly, the GJEPC has been regularly asking its members to submit quarterly returns of the exports. However, it has been noted that many of the members are not furnishing such details and hence, technically are not complying with the RCMC norms as stipulated by the Government. Based on the above observations, the GJEPC has devised an online mechanism to furnish the requisite Exports details quarterly by all GJEPC Member Exporters.
Steps for online submission of quarterly returns of Exports are as follows.

1. Visit https://gjepc.org/login.php
2. Log in the Member Dashboard
3. Click on the “Export/Import Quarterly Returns”
4. Then click on the “Submission Form”
5. You will see instructions for submitting the form.
6. Select the Quarter Year
7. Select “Yes” if exported in current quarter; otherwise select “No”. Please note that after selecting “No”; you will be directed to submit the form.
8. If you select yes, the HS Code of the export/import commodities and the commodity description will come automatically.
9. You can select more than one Country of exports/imports.
10. Enter the value of “Exports (FOB)”/ “Imports (CIF)” either in USD/Euro

13. Click on Agree Terms & Condition 14. Click on “save as draft” if want to edit later or on “submit” to submit it immediately.

All the exporters/non-exporter members are informed to furnish the quarterly export returns for Q1(April to June 2020) of the FY2020-21 by 21st August 2020, Friday, 5:30 pm.

यह विदेश व्यापार नीतत 2015-20 र्ी हैंडबकर् ऑफ प्रोलसजर र्े पैरा 2.96(b) र्े संदभु में है, जजसर्े तहत सभी तनयाुतर्ों र्ो प्रत्येर् ततमाही अपने तनयाुत ररर्ुन/ वििरण, संबंधित पंजीर्रण अथॉररर्ी र्ो प्रस्तकत(जमा) र्रना आिश्यर् है। जजसर्े ललए, जीजेईपीसी तनयलमत रूप से सदस्यों र्ो प्रत्येर् ततमाही तनयाुत ररर्ुन जमा र्रने र्े ललए आग्रह र्र रहा है। लेकर्न यह नोर् कर्या गया है कर् र्ई सदस्य तनयाुत ररर्ुन र्ा वििरण प्रस्तकत नहीं र्र तर्नीर्ी रूप से सरर्ार द्िारा तनिाुररत आऱसीएमसी तनयमों र्ा उल्लघंन र्र रहे हैं।

प्रत्येक तिमाही ऑनलाइन तनयााि / आयाि ररटना जमा करनेके स्टेपस इस प्रकार हैं -

प्रत्येक तिमाही ऑनलाइन तनयााि / आयाि ररटना जमा करनेके स्टेपस इस प्रकार हैं -

2. मेंबर डैश बोडु पर लॉग इन र्रें।

3. एक्सपोर्ु/ इम्पोर्ु क्िार्ुरली ररर्नु पर जक्लर् र्रें।

4. उसर्े बाद ‘सबलमशन फॉमु’ पर जक्लर् र्रें।

5. उसर्े बाद आप फॉमु जमा र्रने से संबंधित तनदेश देख पाएंगे।

6. क्िार्ुर िषु र्ा चयन र्रें।

7. यदद ितुमान ततमाही में तनयाुत कर्या गया है तो हााँ र्ा चयन र्रें, िनाु ना र्ा चयन र्रें। र्ृपा ध्यान दें कर् ना र्ा चयन र्रने र्े बाद, आपर्ो फॉमु जमा र्रने र्े ललए तनदेश ददए जाएंगे।

8. यदद आपर्े द्िारा हााँ र्ा चयन कर्या जाता है तो, एक्सपोर्ु/ इम्पोर्ु र्े HS र्ोड र्ा वििरण अपने आप आजाएगा।

9. आप एक्सपोर्ु/ इम्पोर्ु र्े ललए एर् से ज्यादा देश र्ा चयन र्र सर्ते हैं।

10. ग्रॉस एक्सपोर्ु/ इम्पोर्ु र्ा िैल्यू डाले, यूएसडी या यूरो में।
