Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Submission of Export Returns Quarterly in accordance to para 2.96 of Handbook of

Procedures of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 by all members exporters & non-exporters

This is w.r.t para 2.96(b) of Handbook of Procedures of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20, whereby exporters are required to furnish quarterly return /details of their exports of commodities to the concerned registering authority.

Accordingly, the GJEPC has been regularly asking its members to submit quarterly returns of the exports. However, It has been noted that many of the members are not furnishing such details and hence, technically are not complying with the RCMC norms as stipulated by the Government.

Based on the above observations, the GJEPC has devised an online mechanism to furnish the requisite Exports details quarterly by all GJEPC Members.

Steps for online submission of quarterly returns of Exports are as follows.

1. Visit https://gjepc.org/login.php
2. Log in the Member Dashboard
3. Click on the “Export/Import Quarterly Returns”
4. Then click on the “Submission Form”
5. You will see instructions for submitting the form.
6. Select the Quarter Year
7. Select “Yes” if exported in current quarter; otherwise select “No”. Please note that after selecting “No”; you will be directed to submit the form.
8. If you select yes, the HS Code of the export/import commodities and the commodity description will come automatically.
9. You can select more than one Country of exports/imports.
10. Enter the value of “Gross Exports”/ “Imports” either in USD/Euro

11. a). Enter the Carat (Diamonds & Lab Grown Diamonds & Synthetic Stones), b). Enter the Carat (Precious Stone) c). Enter the Carat (Semi Precious stone d) Enter the Grams (Pearls, gold & Silver) 12. Mention suggestions/issues in Remarks box.
13. Click on Agree Terms & Condition 14. Click on “save as draft” if want to edit later or on “submit” to submit it immediately.

In case members have NIL exports, this is mandatory to file the return and in such cases Steps from 1-7, 13 and 14 would be applicable.

You are informed that window for furnishing the export returns for all quarters (Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 of the FY2019-2020 is open till 22nd June 2020, Monday, 5:30 pm.

Members who have filed information for any quarter may furnish the details for the remaining quarters. If export return is not furnished for any quarter(s), members are required to file the return for all the quarters even in case of not exporting.

Please note we have added revised HS Codes for Precious and Semi-Precious Stones Product Category

That this is mandatory to submit the quarterly returns, in case of non-filing of returns regularly your RCMC is liable to get cancelled / suspended.
