Sub: Registration of beneficiaries (IEC holders) on ICEGATE for eSANCHIT and other benefits.

Ref: Implementation of PGA e-SANCHIT– Paperless Processing under SWIFT-Uploading of Licenses/Permits/Certificates/Other Authorizations (LPCOs) by PGAs

Dear Member(s),

This is in continuation to Council’s earlier circular dated 1st August, 2019 and the Board’s Circular No.35/2018-Cus. dated 01.10.2018 and Circular No. 14/2019-Cus. dated 03.06.2019.

Please refer to point no 4 of the Circular no 24 dated 14th May 2020 regarding registration on Icegate portal for e-sanchit before 31st May 2020 issued by Ministry of finance, Department of revenue for ICEGATE registration to avail e-SANCHIT and other benefits..

It may also be noted that as per Customs circular no 13 of 2019, the GJEPC as a Participating Government Agencies (PGA), need to upload the copies of KP Certificates issued for export and endorsed for Import and the Permission Letters issued for private exhibition / export promotion tour etc. In the absence of
registration of IEC holder on the Icegate portal, GJEPC can not upload the letters / certificates resulting in non clearance of shipments from customs.

In view of the above all members are requested to take note and register their IEC on ICEGATE portal before 31st May, 2020.
