ORDER

Amendment to Revised Guidelines on the Lockdown measures for containment of COVID-19 in the State

Reference: 1) Revenue and Forest, Disaster Management, Relief and Rehabilitation Department Order No. DMU-2020/C.R.92/DMU-1, dated 2"? May 2020 and 3" May 2020 2) Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) Order No. 40-3/2020-DM-I (A) Dated 1St May 2020

In continuation to the Order No. DMU-2020/C.R.92/DMU-1, dated 24 May 2020 and 3 May 2020 of the State Government and in exercise of the powers, conferred under the Disaster Management Act, 2005 the undersigned, in his capacity as Chairperson, State Executive Committee, hereby issues orders to amend and include the following in these revised guidelines Order dated 2nd May, 2020 for the strict implementation by the concerned authorities of all the departments in the State of Maharashtra:

In Sub-clause (ii) (b) under Clause 7, Nonetheless, in areas of Municipal Corporations ofMumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) the activities related to diamond, gems and jewellery only for fulfilling export commitments and manufacturing of agricultural equipment’s, with access control shall be allowed subject to 10% of workforce capacity and travel will be permitted with point to point bus transport. No person from containment zone shall be permitted to work in these establishments. Further all norms of social distancing and precautions as prescribed shall be followed. A medical doctor will be available on site to ensure that all persons with Influenza like illness (ILI) are identified and segregated and steps be taken as per protocol.
