Dear Members, In view of the prevailing situation due to outbreak of Covid-19, Central Board of Indirect taxes and Customs has issued guidelines for conducting Personal Hearing under Customs Act, 1962 in virtual mode. A copy of the Public Notice No. 01/2020-21 issued by Commissioner of Customs, APSC, Mumbai giving the details of the said guidelines is available on the Council’s web site.
