Ref.No.: GJEPC/Measures_DGFT/2020-21 24th April 2020 To, ALL MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL Dear Members, Please refer to GJEPC Circular No. GJEPC/Measures_DGFT/2020-21 dated 1st April 2020 vide which members were informed about extensions granted by the Government in Import Validity period and Export obligation period under Advance authorizations/DFIA schemes by issue of Notification No.57/2015-20 dated 31.03.2020 and Public Notice 67/2015-20 dated 31.03.2020. Director General Foreign Trade has further issued a Policy Circular No.35/2015-20 dated 23rd April 2020 laying down the procedural formalities to be followed by Regional Authorities of DGFT and the Trade for implementation of extensions granted by the Government. A copy of the said Policy Circular No.35/2015-20 dated 23rd April 2020 is available on the Council’s web site. Members may please download the same and follow the prescribed procedure for availing the benefit of extension granted by the Government.
