22nd April, 2020 To, All Members having Bonded Warehouse at Mumbai Dear Sir, This is in reference to the CBIC Circular No.20/2020-Customs dated 21st April, 2020 regarding electronic sealing-deposit in and removal of goods from Customs Bonded Warehouses. Based on the representations received, CBIC has decided to defer the implementation of Circular No.10/2020-Customs till 30th June, 2020. The new date of implementation of the said Circular will be 1st July, 2020. A copy of the Circular can be downloaded from our website www.gjepc.org.
