ALL MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL Dear Members, In the wake of COVID-19 outbreak, Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) had issued an order dated 24th March 2020 regarding the lockdown of the entire country except essential commodities and services, however MHA has further issued an addendum No. 40-3/2020-DM-I(A) dated 25th March 2020 to the earlier guidelines, wherein point J refers operations of railways, airports and seaports for cargo movement and interstate movement of goods/cargo for inland and exports shall be allowed.
