The Govt. has introduced Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019, with a view to reduce the pending litigation cases in respect of assessee’s who have show cause notices pending at various forums. Please find enclosed/attached a pamphlet outlining the salient features of the scheme. (Complete details are available in www.cbic-gst.gov.in)

You are requested to go through the details of the scheme and avail the benefit of the scheme subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria. In case you need any clarification you may contact the dedicated Sabka Vishwas Cell set up for this purpose at 1° Floor, Lotus Info Centre, Parel, Mumbai- 400 012.
