To All Exporters/Members of Trade
Sub: One time last opportunity to submit EODC documents on or before 18.07.2019 for EPCG and Advance authorisation, wherein Export Obligation period has already expired.
, Attention of the trade and industry serviced by this office is invited to Para 5.26 and Para 4.44 of the Handbook of Procedures (HBP) along with Para 2.15 of Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2015-20. It has been observed that a large number of Advance Authorisation (AA) holders and Export Promotion Capital Goods Scheme (EPCG) Authorisation holders have not submitted Redemption/EODC documents even when the Export Obligation period has expired long back.
- Accordingly, List of such AA and EPCG authorisation holders is displayed on our website ( https://rla.dgft.gov.in/dgftcla/Index.aspx) as well and also pasted on the notice board of this office. All such authorisation holders are being given one time last opportunity to submit EO discharge documents on or before 18.07.2019, failing which in exercise of powers under Section 7.1 (k) of the Foreign Trade (Regulation) Rules, 1993 such authorisation holders shall be declared as defaulter and placed under DEL.

3 In case of any difficulty, Authorisation holder may approach Shri Kumar Rahul, JtDGET and Shri Ramesh Verma, Dy.DGFT for EPCG and Advance Authorisation respectively. 4. Trade and Industry is requested to take necessary action and comply to the Trade Notice to avoid penal proceedings under the IT (D&R) Act 1992, as amended read with Foreign Trade (Regulation) Rules, 1993.
