Notification No. - 79/2026 Date- 10-03-2026 In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8(a) of the Customs Act,1962, I, Hardeep Batra, Commissioner of Customs (General), Mumbai Customs Zone-III, hereby approve the places specified in Column No.2 of the schedule given below located in the Navi Mumbai International Airport, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai Maharashtra, India PIN-410206,mentioned in column No.1 of the schedule to be the place of landing for “unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods” and notify the area under Section 8(b) of the said Act as specified in column 3 as the Customs area with its limit specified in column No.4 & 5 of the schedule subject to the strict observance of provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and the Circular/Instructions issued by the Government of India from time to time in Pursuance thereof.
