In pursuance of Office Order No. 38/2024 dated 31.07.2024 issued vide F.N. CUS/AG/MISC/693/2024-DC/AC-V-O/O Commr-Cus-Imp-Zone-III-Mumbai and in accordance with the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 the officer as mentioned below is designated as a First Appellate Authority within the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Customs (I), Mumbai Zone-III, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (E), Mumbai with immediate effect.
