PUBLIC NOTICE No. £3 /2025 M/s InterGlobe Aviation Ltd. having their registered office at Upper Ground Floor, Thapar House, Gate No. 2, Western Wing, 124 Janpath, New Delhi-110001 was granted permission for transhipment of Import and Export cargo by air from/to Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai w.r.t. sixteen (16) destination | Customs Stations - Amritsar, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calicut, Kolkata, | Coimbatore, Cochin, New Delhi, Goa (Goi/Gox), Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chennai, Nagpur, and Varanasi within India vide Public Notice No. 95/2024 dated 24.12.2024.

M/s InterGlobe Aviation Ltd. has executed a Bond of Rs. 40,00,00,000/(Rupees Forty Crores only) for transhipment of Import cargo and Bond of Rs. 75,00,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy-Five Crores only) for transhipment of Export cargo by Air from/to Air Cargo Complex Mumbai valid from 10.12.2025 till 09.12.2028.

3. M/s InterGlobe Aviation Ltd. has submitted a Bank Guarantee amounting to Rs. 60,000,000/- (Rupees Six Crore Only) valid till 09.12.2026 for Import Transhipment Cargo and a Bank Guarantee amounting to Rs. 11,25,00,000/(Rupees Eleven Crore Twenty Five Lakhs Only) valid till 09.12.2026 for Export Transhipment Cargo, both executed by Yes Bank Ltd. on behalf of M/s InterGlobe Aviation Ltd
