   Please refer to this office earlier Public Notice No. 58/2024 dated 27.07.2024

regarding 1st Personal Hearing scheduled on 01.08.2024. The following exporters or their authorized representative had not appeared for personal hearing.

    Accordingly, 2nd Personal Hearing is scheduled as per table below between 11.30

hrs. to 17.30 hrs. before the Adjudicating Authority i.e., Mr. Sanjay R. Bhosale, Assistant Commissioner of Customs, Ground floor, Export Shed, Ground floor, Air Cargo Complex (ACC), Sahar, Andheri (E), Mumbai - 400 099. Individual letters intimating the schedule of Personal hearing are also being sent to all the exporters.

 The exporters are requested to submit a written reply alongwith all documents

related to the export proceeds of foreign remittance (BRCs) in hard or soft copy to CRU Section, ACC, Mumbai physically or emailed at expshed.accmum@gov.in and present themselves before Adjudicating Authority either physically or virtually for the Personal Hearing on the appointed date. Further you also have the option to appear in person or through your authorized representative or you may attend the said P.H. on virtual mode through video conferencing. It is requested to intimate, whether you desire to be heard in person or through video conferencing.

  In case the personal hearing is not required, a letter conveying non requirement of

personal hearing may be forwarded to the undersigned immediately through speed post or email at expshed.accmum@gov.in. If no representation is received on or before the said date of personal hearing, the case will be decided ex-parte based on available records/ evidence.
